If you plan to be in the area or just passing through, hopefully this site will provide you with enough information to make your stay or trip a little more comfortable(Note).
The weather data is updated every 5 minutes and the webcam is LIVE. I try to keep the interruptions to a minimum, but sometimes maintenance is required or an unforeseen software glitch hangs things up.
